Regenerate your energy levels

If you answer yes to any of these questions you may indicate low mitochondrial functions: Do you get tired fast? Do you have low metabolism? Do you lack energy during the day? When not stimulated you lose energy or they shrink, when not stimulated through hormesis a strategy for health and energy enhancement which is the process by which a mild or acute stressor increases resistance to other stressors and increases the health, resilience and vitality of the ororganisms.
