How I beat diabetes

How I beat diabetes was a learning process. I thought I was already eating right before I found out I had it. My nutritionist put me on a 45gram carb per meal diet. I started putting my diet together and started watching my carbs and I went from 1000 mgs of metformin to 500 mgs. I didn't like the side effects so i wanted to be off of this medications period. I always worked out so i made it a daily routine. I added super foods to my diet and a fast carb slow carb protein program in the mix. As of 2013 I've been off of the metformin. Some of the herbs and super food that I added to my diet were Moringa, Irish moss, Amaranth flour, quinoa and wild Jasmine rice. I still eat meat, i just switched up to using better grains with assimilation for better digestion. I also started drinking better quality water by using ionyte to alkaline water and bring up the ph balance. And of course an exercise program. I work out 30-40 minute 3-5 days per week and at least 10 minutes a day. My berry smoothie is 4 strawberries, 3 blackberries, 3 raspberries, 2 handful of blueberries, a teaspoon of chia seeds, a teaspoon of flaxseed, a teaspoon of Moringa powder and a slice of ginger to ad a booster, add alkaline water then blend. These are some of the changes I made and helped me defeating diabetes. Thanks. Check out these links. http://residualcurrency.basicreset.com and http://iherb.com/?rcode=HLJ876
